Triggerfish are a very aggressive species of fish and the Clown Triggerfish is on top of the aggressive scale. Extreme care must be taken when picking tank mates that will co-exist with this fish. Be sure to pick other aggressive and like sized fish when trying to find compatible tank mates. Clown Triggerfish will rearrange the rockwork and substrate so beware of the possibility of rock slides which can result in damaging a tanks glass sides. Triggerfish are not at all reef safe and should be only kept in fish only systems.
